Description

The Bently Nevada 31000-26-05-20-041-01-02 provides an external mounting solution for a 3300 XL NSv Proximity Probe within the 31000 Proximity Probe Housing Assembly. The housing supports installation of the proximity probe through the machine casing while protecting the probe and extension cable from industrial operating environments. It also allows probe gap adjustment and probe replacement without disassembling the machine. The housing assembly includes a 3300 XL NSv proximity probe with a 0.5 m probe cable, a 20-inch probe sleeve, and a 4.1-inch probe penetration configuration. It is supplied with one conduit fitting and two threaded plugs, while the 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread provides compatibility with standard industrial mounting arrangements. Constructed with a glass-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) housing and corrosion-resistant stainless steel components, the assembly is intended to provide mechanical support and environmental protection for externally mounted proximity probes. When installed with a compatible Bently Nevada proximity transducer system, it supports continuous monitoring of shaft vibration, shaft displacement, and Keyphasor® reference measurements on rotating machinery.
