Description

The Bently Nevada CB2W100-032 provides non-contact measurement of shaft vibration, displacement, and position as part of the 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System. Using eddy current sensing technology, the probe detects the distance between its sensing tip and the conductive shaft surface, supplying measurement signals for continuous machinery condition monitoring. The probe is designed for applications where standard 8 mm proximity probes cannot be installed because of limited mounting space or restricted access. Its compact construction allows installation in smaller bearing housings, narrow machine casings, and other confined locations while maintaining compatibility with the 3300 XL NSv transducer system. When connected to a compatible 3300 XL NSv Extension Cable and 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor, the probe forms a complete measurement system for monitoring shaft vibration, radial displacement, axial position, and shaft movement.
