Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330910-00-23-05-01-CN is a 3300 NSv Proximity Probe for condition monitoring and machinery protection in tight physical environments. It specifically targets applications where standard 5 mm or 8 mm probes cannot fit due to side-view, rearview, or counterbore restrictions.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System design allows it to replace both the 3300 RAM Transducer Systems and the 3000-series or 7000-series 190 Transducer System.

A:You can verify the sensor's health using a digital multimeter. To do this, set the multimeter to resistance mode. and check for continuity. between the cable jacket. and ground as demonstrated by Bently Nevada maintenance experts on YouTube. Any registered resistance reading between the cable shield and the center conductor to the machine ground indicates a grounded fault or insulation failure that requires immediate replacement.
Q:Can this probe be swapped into older machinery?
A:Yes, it is mechanically and electrically backward compatible with older 3300 RAM probes.
