Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330910-00-21-05-01-00 is a 3300 NSv proximity probe equipped with an M10 x 1 metric thread and integrated stainless steel armor. It is for precision vibration and position measurements on machinery with tight installation limits or small target areas, such as centrifugal air compressors and process gas compressors.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in). The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System design allows it to replace both the 3300 RAM Transducer Systems and the 3000-series or 7000-series 190 Transducer System.

Centrifugal Air Compressors: Frequently deployed in manufacturing facilities, chemical plants, and automotive environments where internal space around fluid-filmed bearings is severely restricted.
Refrigeration Compressors: Extensively used in industrial chilling and HVAC applications to continuously measure small-shaft radial vibration and position.
Process Gas Compressors: Ideal for specialized, compact gas handling and transport machinery within the Oil & Gas and Refining industries.
Small Rotating Auxiliary Equipment: Applied to smaller steam or water turbines, auxiliary pumps, and industrial fans where standard sensor geometries cause signal distortion from counter-bore walls.

A:The 3300 NSv system features a linear measurement range of 1.5 mm (60 mils). It delivers a standard incremental scale factor (ISF) of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) when paired with a matching 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor.
Q:Can this model be used in hazardous environments?
A:No, the "-00" at the very end of this part number denotes that no hazardous area agency approvals are included. If your site requires ATEX, IECEx, or CSA certification for explosive atmospheres, you must order the option ending in "-05" (Multiple Approvals).
Q:Is this probe backwards compatible with legacy Bently Nevada hardware?
A:Yes, the 3300 XL NSv system is designed as a direct functional replacement for older 3300 RAM Transducer Systems as well as the 3000-series or 7000-series 190 systems.
