Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330905-00-24-05-01-00 is a 3300 NSv proximity probe for small-scale machinery and tight installations where standard 5mm or 8mm probes face spatial or physical restrictions. It provides precise, non-contact measurement of radial vibration and axial (thrust) position on fluid-filmed bearing machines.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).
Application:
Centrifugal Air Compressors: Extensively integrated by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for small-package air plant compressors to trace tight shaft vibration.
Refrigeration Compressors: Employed in industrial chilling units and HVAC climate-control process loops with restrictive rear-view or side-view probe installations.
Process Gas Compressors: Deployed in oil, gas, and chemical refining to monitor micro-turbomachinery and localized fluid bearings safely.
Small Pumps and Industrial Fans: Ideal for auxiliary plant equipment where standard larger eddy-current sensors cannot physically fit or map the target area correctly.
