Product Description:

The Bently Nevada 330104-03-09-05-02-05 provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. It is capable of both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements, and is primarily used for vibration and position measurement applications on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor® and speed measurement applications

Application:

Industrial Gas Turbines: Provides reliable input data for emergency trip systems to prevent catastrophic rotor failure.
Hydroelectric Turbines: Tracks large-diameter generator shaft runout, alignment, and structural vibration.
Gas & Steam Turbines: Used in main power generation and mechanical drive turbines for critical vibration shutdown limits and phase reference (Keyphasor) tracking.
Centrifugal and Axial Compressors:Measures high-speed dynamic radial shaft vibration and thrust (axial) position to detect surge conditions or bearing wear.
