The Bently Nevada 330103-06-15-05-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probes are advanced, high-performance proximity sensors designed for monitoring rotating machinery. A:Yes. Because this is a 0.5-metre probe, it requires a 4.5-metre extension cable (such as the Bently Nevada 330130 series) to create a standard 5-metre system configuration. Total probe and cable length must always match the system length required by the Proximitor sensor.
Q:Can it be mixed with older, non-XL 3300 components?
A:Yes, components are physically and electrically backwards-compatible. However, mixing an XL probe with an older non-XL Proximitor sensor forces the overall system performance down to non-XL accuracy levels.

Q:What does the ClickLoc connector option mean for installation?
A:The 02 option features a locking coaxial connector that provides 330 N (75 lbf) of pull strength. It requires no custom installation tools; it locks securely with basic finger-tight torque and audibly clicks into place to secure the connection against operational machine vibration.
