Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330101-00-40-10-02-00 is an industry-standard 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe without armor, featuring a 3/8-24 UNF thread. It serves as a vital component in machinery condition monitoring systems to measure fluid-film bearing vibration and shaft positioning.The system provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface and can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The system’s primary applications are vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor reference and speed measurements.

Q:What target material is this sensor calibrated to?
A:By default, the system components are factory-calibrated to AISI 4140 steel. If you measure a target made of a different conductive material, you must request custom calibration or apply scale correction factors.
Q:Does this 1-meter probe require an extension cable?
A:No, 1-meter systems do not connect to an extension cable. The probe's integrated 1.0-meter cable hooks up directly to a 1-meter calibrated 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor to maintain the necessary system length.
