Product Description:
The 330101-00-08-20-12-CN refers to a Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe with standard 3/8-24 UNF threading and no armor. The 3300 XL 8 mm system delivers the most advanced performance in our eddy current proximity transducer systems. The standard 3300 XL 8 mm 5-meter system also fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) 670 Standard for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability. All 3300 XL 8 mm proximity transducer systems provide this level of performance and support complete interchangeability of probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, eliminating the need to match or bench calibrate individual components.

Marine & Paper Mills:Ship auxiliary turbo units, paper machine rolls and refiners. Gold-plated ClickLoc connectors resist high workshop humidity.
Heavy Industry:Steel furnace blowers, cement kiln exhaust fans, mine ventilation fans. Rugged PPS probe tip resists minor mechanical impact.
Chemical Factories:High-speed fluid-film bearing compressors, circulation pumps and agitators for continuous shaft orbit and bearing wear monitoring.
Oil & Petrochemical:Centrifugal compressors, refinery process pumps, pipeline booster sets. Fits standard -52°C ~ +177°C casing temperature environments.

Q:What matching system components for this 2m FluidLoc probe?
A:Pair with 5-meter 330180 Proximitor plus 3m standard extension cable (330130-030). Total probe + extension length must equal the sensor’s rated 5m system length. Not compatible with 1m Proximitor.
Q:What benefit does FluidLoc cable bring?
A:The FluidLoc internal barrier prevents oil, lubricants and process liquid from traveling out of machine housings along the cable inner core. Ideal for oil-filled turbine and compressor casings.
Q:Does this probe carry hazardous area certifications?
A:No, suffix -12 is cable option only with no agency approvals. Order with suffix -05 if CSA, ATEX or IECEx hazardous area certificates are needed.
