The Vibro-Meter TQ403 111-403-000-012 is a non-contact eddy-current proximity transducer designed for accurate measurement of shaft relative vibration, axial position, and gap in rotating machinery. As part of the TQ403/EA403/IQS450 proximity measurement system, it works with the EA403 extension cable and IQS450 signal conditioner to provide a calibrated, interchangeable measurement chain with either voltage or current output. The system features a 12 mm measuring range, DC to 20 kHz frequency response, and a temperature-compensated design for stable performance. Operating over a −40 to +180 °C temperature range, with IP68 protection at the transducer tip and integral cable, the TQ403 is available in Ex-certified versions for hazardous areas and is particularly suited for use with VM600Mk2, VM600, and VibroSmart® machinery monitoring systems.
