Description

The Vibro-Meter S3960 444-680-000-511 is a piezoelectric accelerometer with integrated electronics designed for reliable vibration measurement on industrial machinery operating in harsh environments. It uses a 2-wire constant-current power supply with a 100 mV/g output sensitivity, features isolated grounding and internal shielding to minimize electrical interference and ground loops, and employs shear-mode sensing to eliminate errors caused by thermal transients. With a frequency response of 1 Hz to 9 kHz (±10%), an operating temperature range of −50 °C to +120 °C, and a hermetically sealed construction, it provides stable, low-noise performance for continuous machinery condition monitoring.
