Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330909-00-40-10-02-CN is an armored 3300 NSv (Narrow Side View) Proximity Probe, For precision vibration and position monitoring in machines where standard 5 mm or 8 mm sensors cannot fit due to tight installation constraints.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).
Application:
Compression Systems: Extensively used in centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and small process gas compressors.
Oil and Gas / Petrochemical: Installed on pumps and other rotating machinery to monitor operating conditions and detect faults like misalignment or imbalance.
Fluid-Film Bearing Machines: Ideal for measuring radial vibration on shafts as small as 30 mm (1.2 in) and axial (thrust) position on flat targets as small as 13 mm (0.5 in).
Space-Restricted Machinery: Used in areas where counterbore, side-view, or rear-view restrictions limit the installation of standard larger proximity probes.
