Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330906-02-12-10-02-05 is a 3300 XL NSv reverse-mount proximity probe for critical machinery condition monitoring in confined spatial configurations and small target applications. The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System design allows it to replace both the 3300 RAM Transducer Systems and the 3000-series or 7000-series 190 Transducer System.

Centrifugal Air Compressors: Monitored for precise shaft vibration dynamics where internal casing clearance is highly restricted.
Refrigeration & Process Gas Compressors: Leverages high chemical resistance to operate seamlessly within enclosed, aggressive chemical process gases.
Small-Diameter Turbines and Pumps: Ideal for fluid-film bearing machines with small target geometries, specifically shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 inches).
Radial Vibration & Position: Tracks continuous high-precision dynamic motion and static alignment of the rotor relative to the bearing journal.

Q:What is the measurement range?
A:The system provides a linear measurement range of 1.5 mm (60 mils). This range is deliberately shorter than standard 8mm systems to provide superior side-view clearance and small target performance.
Q:What target material is it calibrated for out of the box?
A:The Proximitor Sensors are factory calibrated by default to AISI 4140 steel target surfaces. Custom calibrations for other alloys are available by request from the factory.
Q:What connector technology does it use?
A:The probe incorporates a gold-plated brass ClickLoc coaxial connector. This locking mechanism prevents connections from loosening due to machine vibration.
