It is primarily for machinery with tight, space-restricted installation envelopes and small target applications where standard 5 mm or 8 mm probes cannot fit.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).

A:No compatibility: The 3300 XL NSv system is a specialized near-field system. It cannot share extension cables or proximitors intended for standard Bently Nevada 5 mm or 8 mm proximity transducer lines. Always source dedicated 3300 XL NSv Extension Cables and sensors.
Q:Which extension cables and sensors are compatible?
A:It requires dedicated NSv system hardware. You must pair it with a Bently Nevada 330930 Series Extension Cable and a 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor. It is not electrically compatible with standard 3300 XL 5mm/8mm extension cables or standard 3300 Proximitor sensors.

A:Interior-to-exterior installation. Standard proximity probes screw into a machine housing from the outside.
