Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330704-000-080-10-02-CN is an industrial-grade 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe (Metric) for non-contacting machinery condition monitoring. It primarily targets heavy rotating equipment utilizing fluid-film bearings to monitor vibration and position.The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System has a 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements on fluid film bearing machines. The large 11 mm tip enables this transducer system to have a longer linear range compared to our standard 3300 XL 8 mm Transducer System.
Application:
Steam and Gas Turbines: Tracks continuous shaft displacement, thermal growth, and critical speed clearances.
Generators & Exciters: Checks oil-film bearing health and rotor alignment.
Boiler Feed Pumps: Monitors heavy-duty critical water auxiliary pumps.
Pipeline Pumps: Monitoring multi-stage crude and high-pressure oil transport pumps.

A:Yes. The probe tip is made from Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). This material meets FDA standards for food processing and is chemically resistant, though high/low pH solutions can erode the tip over extended contact.

A:The recommended mounting torque for the M14 thread is 21.1 N·m (187 in·lb). Do not exceed a absolute maximum torque of 63.3 N·m to avoid crushing the housing.
