Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330704-000-026-50-02-CN is an industry-standard 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe for non-contact vibration, displacement, and position monitoring in critical rotating machinery. It operates via eddy-current technology to detect minute dynamic and static movements of industrial machine shafts.The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System has a 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil) output for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements on fluid film bearing machines. The large 11 mm tip enables this transducer system to have a longer linear range compared to our standard 3300 XL 8 mm Transducer System.

Q:Is this probe pressure-sealed?
A:Yes. The 3300 XL probe series features a built-in seal engineered to withstand differential pressure across the joint between the fluid-film bearing's inner casing (oil-filled) and the exterior environment.
Q:Can I mix and match components with other systems?
A:No. The 11 mm probe tip must be used exclusively with the 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor and its appropriate system-length cables. Mixing 11 mm probes with 5 mm, 8 mm, or 50 mm sensor electronics will generate severe measurement errors due to mismatched operating frequencies and coil inductance.
Q:What is the target material requirement for this probe?
A:The sensor system achieves its standard accuracy and linear range when reading against a Bently Nevada AISI 4140 steel target. Utilizing alternate target metals will change the target's eddy current characteristics, requiring custom system calibration.
