Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330704-000-026-50-01-00 is an 11 mm Metric Proximity Probe belonging to the industry-standard 3300 XL Proximity Transducer System.The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor is designed to replace the 7200-series 11 mm and 14 mm Transducer Systems. When upgrading from the 7200-series system to the 3300 XL 11 mm system, every component must be replaced with 3300 XL 11 mm components. In addition, the monitoring system must be updated. If using a 3500 Monitoring System, an updated version of the configuration software that lists the 3300 XL 11 mm Transducer System as a compatible option is required.

A:Yes, the 3300 XL 11 mm series is engineered as a direct commercial upgrade to replace legacy 7200-series 11 mm and 14 mm transducer systems. However, verify that your monitoring rack cards match the 3.94 V/mm scale configuration.
Q:What target material is this probe calibrated to?
A:By default, Bently Nevada calibrates these sensors using an AISI 4140 steel target. If your machinery uses a different shaft material, a custom calibration or scale-factor correction factor must be applied to prevent measurement drift.
Q:What is the scale factor and linear range?
A:The 3300 XL 11 mm system features a standard output sensitivity of 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil). It delivers an extended linear measurement range of up to 4.0 mm (160 mils), starting from a recommended default gap setting of 2.5 mm (100 mils).
