Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330193-10-20-05-00 is a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe featuring an M10 x 1 metric thread and a stainless steel armored cable. It is used within a larger transducer system to perform non-contacting static displacement and dynamic vibration measurements on industrial rotating machinery.The system provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface and can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The system’s primary applications are vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor reference and speed measurements.
Application:
Power Generation: Deployed heavily on large-scale steam turbines, gas turbines, and hydro-generators to watch for shaft misalignment, unbalance, and rotor stability.
Oil & Gas (Upstream & Downstream): Installed on critical multi-stage centrifugal compressors, high-pressure water injection pumps, and turboexpanders across refineries and offshore platforms.
