The Bently Nevada 330104-02-09-05-01-00 provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface and can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values.The system’s primary applications are vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor reference and speed measurements3

Automotive & Heavy Machinery Assembly Factories:Applied near process areas exposed to acidic, caustic, or variable chemical vapors that would corrode standard PLC hardware.Shaft runout detection in large centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
Air Separation & Industrial Gas Plants: Because these factories operate with extreme temperature differentials, the probe monitors thermal expansion and axial shaft drift (thrust position) to ensure internal components do not rub as the machinery scales up.
Pulp, Paper, and Steel Mills: The probe’s integrated flexible stainless steel armor shields the internal sensor wiring from airborne particulate matter, pulp chemicals, and physical impacts during mill maintenance.

A:Option 01 features a ClickLoc miniature coaxial connector built onto a FluidLoc cable. The FluidLoc construction prevents process oils or liquids from leaking out of the machine housing through the interior of the probe cable.

A:When paired with a matching 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, it delivers a 2.0 mm (80 mils) linear range. The nominal scale factor is 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil).
