Product Description:

The 330104-00-03-05-02-05 provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface and can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. The system’s primary applications are vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor reference and speed measurements.

A:The probe body is constructed from durable AISI 303 or 304 stainless steel with a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) tip. It operates reliably within a standard temperature envelope of -51 °C to +177 °C. Exposing the sensor to temperatures lower than -34°C may cause premature degradation of the internal Viton® O-ring pressure seal.
Q:What is the linear measurement range?
A:The 3300 XL 8 mm probe features a standard linear range of 2.0 mm (80 mils). The range officially starts at a gap of 0.25 mm (10 mils) from the target conductive surface and extends up to 2.25 mm (90 mils). The output voltage changes dynamically and is directly proportional to this distance.

Q:How do ClickLoc connectors work?
A:The probe features gold-plated ClickLoc coaxial connectors that lock firmly together by hand torque. They do not require tools and are engineered with a mechanism that "clicks" into place, preventing loose connections from machine vibration.
