Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 200150-16-CN is a general-purpose, case mounted piezoelectric accelerometer . It acts as a baseline vibration sensor to track the health of secondary, low-to-medium speed rotating machinery before costly mechanical failures occur. The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.

Mining & Metal Processing: Condition monitoring on large conveyor belt gearboxes, rock crushers, and ventilation air handlers.

Q:What cabling is compatible with this model?
A:It relies on the 200151 or 200152 interface cable assemblies. These matching cables provide an IP67-rated seal at the terminal connection point, ensuring protection against moisture and dust ingress.
Q:Can this sensor be used with any vibration monitor?
A:No. The 200150 series is purpose-built to operate alongside the Trendmaster Pro system architecture. It interfaces directly with a matching 200200 ProTIM-R or 200250 module, rather than operating as a generic 3-wire or 4-20mA sensor on third-party hardware.
Q:Can I connect this sensor directly to a 3500/42M Machinery Protection monitor?
A:No. The 200150 is built specifically for Trendmaster-architecture hardware and localized Transducer Interface Modules (TIMs or proTIMs). Connecting it directly to a 3500 monitor's standard proximity or seismic card terminal strip will cause an "unsafe/Not OK" status loop due to voltage mismatches.
