Product Description:
The 200150-16-05 is a universal, housing-mounted Trendmaster Pro accelerometer that converts mechanical vibrations into differential voltage signals. This accelerometer is compatible with the Trendmaster 2000 system and can be used with the following modules and monitors: the 200100 dual-channel accelerometer-to-velocity conversion flexiTIM module, the 89130-01 accelerometer-to-velocity conversion TIM, and the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors. The 20015x series accelerometers feature a fully sealed stainless steel housing, making them robust and durable for harsh industrial environments. A 5-pin connector on the top of the sensor facilitates quick and easy installation and removal of the signal cable.

Oil & Gas (Refining & Petrochemical): Safely tracks auxiliary pumps and motor units inside volatile Class I, Div 1 / Zone 0/1 environments.
Power Generation: Used extensively for Balance of Plant (BOP) machinery such as cooling water pumps and ventilation systems.

A:Unlike a standard single-ended IEPE accelerometer, the 200150 utilizes a 5 V excitation and a differential output (SIG+ / SIG-).
Q:Is this sensor safe for hazardous environments?
A:Yes. The -05 designation indicates that it features engraved global hazardous area certifications. It complies with CSA, ATEX, and IECEx standards for safe deployment in classified zones.
Q:Can standard instrumentation check this sensor?
A:No. Because it uses a 5 V differential topology, you cannot plug it into a standard negative-voltage proximity sensor input or standard IEPE constant-current tester.
