Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 200150-08-05 is a general-purpose, case-mounted seismic piezoelectric accelerometer. It is primarily engineered for industrial machinery vibration monitoring within the Trendmaster Pro and Trendmaster 2000 condition monitoring systems. The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

A:It interfaces directly with the Trendmaster Pro system via Transducer Interface Modules (ProTIMs). It is also backward-compatible with legacy Trendmaster 2000 hardware, the 200100 flexiTIM module, and 1900/25 or 1900/27 monitors.
Q:What does the "-05" approval option cover?
A:The -05 suffix indicates a multi-approval label. This covers global hazardous location standards including CSA/NRTL/C, ATEX, and IECEx for intrinsically safe (Class I, Div 1 / Zone 0) and non-incendive (Class I, Div 2 / Zone 2) installations.
Q:What is the recommended mounting torque?
A:The sensor must be torqued between 2.7 to 6.8 N·m (2 to 5 ft·lbf) during installation. Improper torque will degrade high-frequency vibration transmission or damage the housing threads.
