Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 200150-09-05 is a general-purpose, case-mounted piezoelectric accelerometer. It is specifically deployed to track casing vibration on rotating and reciprocating machinery via the Trendmaster Pro and Trendmaster 2000 data acquisition networks.The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.

Air Preheaters: Tracks slower-moving rotational components for bearing degradation.
Centrifugal Pumps: Tracks shaft misalignment, impeller defects, and mechanical seal wear.

A:It is engineered for lower-frequency, structural machinery monitoring. It is commonly deployed on plant assets like electric motors, industrial pumps, fans, small compressors, and cooling tower gearboxes.
Q:What systems can this sensor connect to?
A:The 200150 series interfaces directly with the Trendmaster Pro 200200 proTIM-R and 200250 proTIM-C Transducer Interface Modules. It is backwards compatible with the older Trendmaster 2000 system via the 200100 Dual Acceleration-to-Velocity flexiTIM and 89130-01 TIM. It also links to 1900/25 and 1900/27 standalone monitors.
Q:Can I use magnetic mounts or adhesives?
A:While possible, Bently Nevada cautions that using temporary magnetic mounts or acrylic adhesives attenuates high-frequency signals. Rigid stud mounting via the NPT adapter is strongly recommended for absolute measurement stability.
