Product Description:
The 190501-09-99-01 is the Velomitor CT piezoelectric velocity sensor from Bently Nevada, designed for low-speed casing vibration monitoring of cooling tower and air-cooled heat exchanger fan assemblies. As a low-frequency version of the standard Velomitor sensor, this model can effectively measure the casing vibration velocity of equipment rotating at 90 rpm and above (typical operating range 100–300 rpm), while also covering the vibration frequency components generated by fan motors and reducers. It is suitable for monitoring and protecting against common rotor mechanical faults such as imbalance and misalignment.

Cooling Towers: Monitors the large, slow-moving induced or forced-draft fan blades that reject heat from the steam cycle.
Air-Cooled Condensers (ACC): Tracks structural casing vibration generated by large low-speed fan arrays used when water cooling is limited.
