Product Description:
The 190501-02-00-CN Velomitor CT Velocity Transducer is a low-frequency piezoelectric velocity sensor specifically designed for measuring the vibration velocity of cooling tower and air-cooled heat exchanger fan units. The Velomitor CT velocity sensor is a low-frequency derivative of the standard Velomitor piezoelectric velocity sensor. Its design is specifically tailored for monitoring the vibration velocity of cooling tower and air-cooled heat exchanger fan units, which typically operate at speeds not lower than 90 RPM (common range 100–300 RPM). This sensor can not only measure the vibration amplitude in the aforementioned low-frequency range but also effectively capture the vibration frequency components generated by the fan motor and gearbox.
