Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 177230-01-02-05 is a loop-powered seismic vibration transmitter, while the 16925-10 is its companion 10-foot shielded interconnect cable. The 177230 Seismic Transmitter features a simple, loop-powered design that enables quick and easy installation. It can be seamlessly integrated into a programmable logic controller (PLC) or other control systems connected to a plant asset condition monitoring solution. Its straightforward design minimizes training, maintenance, and service requirements, helping reduce overall operating costs. By continuously monitoring machine vibration, the transmitter assists in managing downtime more effectively, optimizing maintenance planning, and preventing unforeseen catastrophic failures of machinery assets, thereby improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Q:What are the physical mounting requirements?
A:The transmitter requires a 1/4-28 UNF threaded mounting hole drilled directly into the machine housing. Ensure the face is flush and properly torqued to guarantee true vibration transfer.
