The 1769-L30ER-NSE controller is a programmable logic controller (PLC) that is designed and produced by / Automation. This component is part of the 1769 series that provides controllers for a variety of applications with different requirements. This particular controller unit is a product from the CompactLogix 5370 L3 product line. The 1769-L30ER-NSE unit has dual ports for EtherNet/IP communication, along with a USB Client port. The integrated EtherNet/IP port features an embedded switch and a single IP address. This powerful controller has the ability to handle up to 32 tasks simultaneously and each assigned task can run 1000 supported programs. The memory capacity of the unit is 1 megabyte and it supports 256 connections. Every controller from the CompactLogix series includes a 1 GB SD card. Additionally, the device supports SD cards rated at up to 2 gigabytes.
