Description

The Honeywell TMG 740-3 MOD 43-35 is a burner control box designed for medium- to high-capacity forced draught and dual-fuel oil/gas burners operating in intermittent service. It supports single-stage, two-stage, multi-stage, and modulating burner applications, while providing complete burner sequence control, including pre-purge, ignition, flame supervision, fuel valve management, post-purge, and safety lockout functions. The controller is compatible with ionisation probes, UV flame detectors, and infrared flicker detectors, with selectable flame detection and programmable air pressure switch and ignition spark monitoring. Its flame-resistant transparent housing contains a synchronous motor, cam-operated programme switch, electronic control circuitry, and a five-LED flame signal indicator for clear operating status and simplified maintenance. The MOD 43-35 programme version features a 32 s supervised pre-purge, 40 s air damper open pre-purge, 4 s fixed pre-ignition, 3 s start valve safety interval, 3 s pilot valve safety interval, 14 s pilot valve energising time, 5 s main valve 1 safety interval, 10 s valve 1 delay, 10 s valve 2 delay, and 10 s post-purge.
