Description

The Honeywell 8C-PDISA1 51454471-276 is a Series 8 Digital Input Sequence of Events (DISOE) module for Experion PKS control systems. The module accepts thirty-two 24 VDC discrete input signals and records input state changes with time tagging at 1 ms resolution for Sequence of Events applications. It supports standard process monitoring together with event recording, allowing both operating status and event history to be collected from the same input channels. Three operating modes are available. Normal mode performs process variable scanning at 20 ms intervals, Sequence of Events mode combines a 20 ms process scan with 1 ms event time stamping, and Low Latency mode reduces the process scan interval to 5 ms for applications requiring faster input updates.
