Description

The Bently Nevada 9200-09-01-06-00 is a 9200 Seismoprobe Velocity Transducer designed to measure absolute vibration of bearing housings, machine casings, and structural components. It is a two-wire velocity transducer that uses moving-coil technology to provide an output voltage directly proportional to the measured vibration velocity. The Seismoprobe velocity transducer measures casing vibration without requiring external power. The moving-coil design provides a direct velocity output and is suitable for continuous monitoring applications as well as periodic vibration measurements performed with diagnostic instruments. The 9200-09-01-06-00 configuration includes a 0° mounting angle with a minimum operating frequency of 15 Hz, top mount connector without integral cable, isolated circular 1/4-28 UNF stud mounting base, and no agency approvals. The transducer is designed for installation on machinery structures where casing vibration measurement is required. The 9200 Seismoprobe Velocity Transducer provides a 20 mV/mm/s (500 mV/in/s) sensitivity when properly terminated and oriented at the calibration angle. It supports vibration monitoring applications on rotating equipment including turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, and other industrial machinery where casing vibration information is required.
