Description

The Bently Nevada 330186-02 is a 3300 XL Shaft Micrometer designed to verify the output signal of a Proximitor® Sensor when monitoring a rotor shaft or the piston rod of a reciprocating compressor. The metric version features a 0–25 mm measuring range, 0.01 mm resolution and ±0.003 mm mechanical accuracy, providing precise and repeatable positioning during transducer verification The shaft micrometer uses a mounting base and probe adapter to hold the proximity probe securely while the micrometer moves the probe toward or away from the target in calibrated increments The resulting output signal is measured with a voltmeter to verify transducer performance.
