Product Description:

The primary uses for the 330906-02-12-05-05-02-05 are for areas where counter bore, sideview or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada* 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).

Application:

Centrifugal Air Compressors: Main critical machinery monitoring on offshore platforms, pipelines, and refineries.Monitored for precise dynamic shaft movement within tight internal housings.
Refrigeration Compressors: Used where internal clearance and side-view space are severely limited.
Small Shaft Turbines & Pump: Ideal for measuring radial vibration on small rotating shafts under 51 mm (2 inches) in diameter.
Process Gas Compressors: Deployed across chemical and petrochemical refining lines.

A:Yes. The probe body is made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel and features a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) tip. This configuration offers excellent chemical resistance against oils and process gases. However, highly acidic or alkaline environments can erode the tip and invalidate the product's leak warranties.
