Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330904-00-25-10-01-00 is a 3300 XL NSv Proximity Probe featuring an M8 x 1 metric thread and integral stainless steel armor. It is for tight installation environments—such as centrifugal air compressors and refrigeration compressors—where small target sizes or tight clearances limit standard 5mm or 8mm sensors.The primary uses for the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System are for areas where counter bore, sideview, or rearview restrictions limit the use of standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems. It is also ideal for small target applications, such as measuring radial vibration on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) or axial position on flat targets smaller than 15 mm (0.6 in).

Q:Is this probe compatible with standard 3300 XL 8mm extension cables?
A:No. The NSv line utilizes unique tip geometries and electronics. You must connect this probe to a dedicated 3300 NSv extension cable and a matching 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor.
Q:What is the typical gap voltage setting during commissioning?
A:The nominal installation gap is 1.0 mm (40 mils). This configuration yields a target gap voltage of approximately -10.4 VDC when measured at the monitor input terminals.
