Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330703-000-100-10-02-CN is an 11 mm Proximity Probe from the 3300 XL series. It is primarily for high-end industrial machinery health monitoring where a longer linear measurement range is required than what standard 8 mm probes can provide.The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor is designed to replace the 7200-series 11 mm and 14 mm Transducer Systems. When upgrading from the 7200-series system to the 3300 XL 11 mm system, every component must be replaced with 3300 XL 11 mm components. In addition, the monitoring system must be updated. If using a 3500 Monitoring System, an updated version of the configuration software that lists the 3300 XL 11 mm Transducer System as a compatible option is required.
Application:
Steam and Gas Turbines: Used for ramp differential expansion measurements and monitoring shaft position or eccentricity.
Reciprocating Compressors: Ideal for rod position or rod drop measurements to detect excessive wear.
General Rotating Machinery: Monitoring axial (thrust) position, radial vibration, and acting as a phase reference (Keyphasor) or tachometer for zero-speed measurements.
Safety-Critical Systems: These components are often integrated into Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Systems and other electronic safety environments where precise timing and reliability are essential.

A:The recommended installation torque is 21.1 N⋅m (187 in⋅lb). Do not exceed the maximum rating of 63.3 N⋅m, and limit thread engagement to 21 mm to prevent physical case deformation.

A:The standard operating gap voltage is typically between -9 V DC and -11 V DC when the probe is properly positioned and the monitored shaft is centered within its linear range.
Q:What is the output scale and performance of the transducer system?
A:When connected to a matching 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, it provides a linear output voltage of 3.94 V/mm (100 mV/mil). The voltage is directly proportional to the physical gap distance between the probe tip and the target conductive surface.
