Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330400-02-00 is a rugged, general-purpose accelerometer acceleration transducer for casing vibration measurements on critical rotating machinery. When paired with the 16925-16 standard interconnect cable , it serves as a frontline solution for predictive maintenance and machinery protection across high-stress industrial environments.It provides an amplitude range of 50 g peak and a sensitivity of 100 mV/g. The 330425 is identical except it provides a larger amplitude range (75 g peak) and a sensitivity of 25 mV/g.
Application:
Steam and Gas Turbines: Monitors structural casing vibration to identify rotor unbalance, misalignment, or casing distortion.
Hydroelectric Generators: Tracks low-to-mid frequency vibrations on structural frames and bearing housings.
Centrifugal & Axial Compressors: Vital for catching high-frequency aerodynamic instability, surging, and rotor imbalances.
Reciprocating Compressor Crossheads: Measures impact and structural acceleration spikes caused by mechanical looseness or faulty pin clearances.
