Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330102-10-40-05-01-00 is an 8mm eddy-current proximity probe belonging to the industry-standard 3300 XL Series. It is engineered to track the condition of critical rotating machinery through non-contact static and dynamic measurement.The 3300 XL 8 mm system delivers the most advanced performance in our eddy current proximity transducer systems. The standard 3300 XL 8 mm 5-meter system also fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) 670 Standard for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability. All 3300 XL 8 mm proximity transducer systems provide this level of performance and support complete interchangeability of probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, eliminating the need to match or bench calibrate individual components.

Power Generation: Monitors steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, and cooling pumps to prevent catastrophic overspeed or vibration failures.
Oil & Gas / Petrochemical: Applied to critical centrifugal compressors, expanders, and process pumps to keep production lines running safely.

A:No, the overall case length is strictly limited to 4.0 inches (40). For deeper casing penetrations or brackets, you will need to specify a probe with a longer case length option (e.g., option 60 for 6.0 inches or 90 for 9.0 inches) or utilize an external sleeve housing assembly.
