The Bently Nevada 24701-28-10-00-040-00-02 Proximity Probe Housing Assemblies are available with Canadian Standards Association (CSA) approvals.They are rated explosion proof for hazardous areas. The 24701 housings are certified as CSA Type 4 enclosures and are fully compliant with the American Petroleum Institute's (API) 670 Standard for externally mounted proximity probe housings.

The 24701-28-10-00-040-00-02 provides a minimum probe penetration of 4.0 in (101.6mm), ensuring accurate measurement and flexible installation. The unit is supplied with one 3/4-14 NPT plug fitting and utilizes a 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread, allowing easy integration with standard industrial interfaces.
