The 200350-00-00-01 Accelerometers are contained within a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. The design provides an extremely rugged transducer, well suited for harsh industrial environments. Each transducer’s top mounted, 2-pin connector (MIL-C5015) allows for easy installation and removal of the interconnecting signal cable. A ¼-28 threaded hole on the bottom of the casing accommodates multiple mounting options. The 200350-00-00-01  Accelerometer contain a piezoelectric sensing device, which generates charge when subjected to vibration. This charge is then converted electronically to a differential voltage signal, which is proportional to the acceleration that is parallel to the sensitive axis of the transducer.

A:It uses a standard 2-pin top connector. The recommended cable is the Bently Nevada 9571 series cable, which consists of a 22 AWG twisted, shielded pair terminated with a moisture-resistant 2-socket female connector on the sensor side. Note that Bently Nevada specifically advises against using splash-proof cable configurations with the 200350 model.
Q:What is the correct installation torque for mounting?
A:The sensor features an 11/16" hex base and a 1/4-28 female mounting thread. It must be tightened onto its mating stud with a torque between 2 to 5 ft-lb (2.7 to 6.8 N-m). Under-torquing or over-torquing will compromise the high-frequency response and yield inaccurate data.

Q:What monitoring cards and systems are compatible with it?
A:It interfaces natively with the Trendmaster Pro Constant Current Direct Input Card (Part 149811-02) and the Seismic Direct Input Card (Part 164746-01). It is also standard hardware for the Bently Nevada 2300/20 and 2300/25 monitors.
