Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 200150-12-05 is a general-purpose, case-mounted piezoelectric accelerometer primarily targetted at Balance of Plant (BOP) asset condition monitoring and predictive maintenance across heavy industrial environments. The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM (Transducer Interface Module), as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Refineries: Used on auxiliary machinery supporting critical turbines, such as heat exchanger fans, lubrication pumps, and small air compressors.
Power Generation: Monitored on Balance of Plant (BOP) machinery including cooling tower fans, boiler feed pumps, and ventilation systems.
Water & Wastewater Treatment: Deployed on water transport pumps, blowers, and mixers to prevent unexpected process downtime.
Pulp & Paper / Manufacturing: Installed on conveyor drives, electric motors, and exhaust fans operating in high-humidity or harsh environments.

Q:What is the correct installation torque?
A:The sensor must be tightened to 2 to 5 ft·lbf (2.7 to 6.8 N·m). Under-torquing causes loose contact and high-frequency signal loss, while over-torquing can damage the threads.
Q:How long does the mounting adhesive take to cure?
A:If you are using a pad or adhesive frame mount, the adhesive requires a full 24-hour cure time before regular machine operation and vibration monitoring can begin.
Q:What type of cable and connector is required?
A:It is paired with the 200151 or 200152 standard interface cables, which provide an IP67 environmental seal.
