Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 200150-05-05 is a general-purpose, case-mounted seismic accelerometer. It measures machinery vibration and is primarily integrated with Bently Nevada Trendmaster 2000 and Trendmaster Pro systems via Transducer Interface Modules (proTIMs).The 20015x Accelerometers feature a hermetically sealed, stainless steel case. This design provides an extremely rugged transducer that is well suited for harsh industrial environments. The transducer’s top-mounted, 5-pin connector allows you to easily install and remove the interconnecting signal cable. A 3/8-24 threaded hole on the bottom of the sensor’s casing accommodates several mounting options.

Power Generation Plants: Monitors casing vibrations on steam and gas turbines, cooling tower fans, water feed pumps, and auxiliary blowers.
Oil, Gas, & Petrochemical Refineries: Deployed on pipeline pumps, centrifugal compressors, and chemical mixers where ATEX/IECEx explosion protection is strictly mandatory.
Water & Wastewater Treatment: Tracks bearing degradation and cavitation signs in massive water distribution and treatment pumps.
Steel & Heavy Manufacturing Mills: Attached to high-load factory rollers, mining crushers, conveyor belts, and raw material handling machinery.

A:You can verify the accuracy of the loop output on-site using portable shaker platforms like the The Modal Shop 9100D or 9110D Portable Vibration Calibrators. The sensor provides a differential voltage signal proportional to the parallel axis of acceleration.

A:Yes, it should be loop-checked regularly to maintain machine safety. It can be verified on-site using portable shaker tables like The Modal Shop 9100D or 9110D calibrators.
