Product Description:

The 190501-00-99-01 is a specific configuration of the Bently Nevada Velomitor CT (cooling tower) velocity sensor. This is a low-frequency vibration sensor primarily used to monitor the casing vibration of cooling tower fans and air-cooled heat exchangers. The Velomitor CT velocity sensor is a low-frequency version of the standard Velomitor piezoelectric velocity sensor. It is specifically designed to measure the casing vibration velocity of cooling tower and air-cooled heat exchanger fan assemblies, which typically operate at 90 rpm and above (typical speeds are 100 to 300 rpm). The Velomitor CT sensor can measure not only the vibration amplitude within this speed range but also the vibration frequency generated by the fan motor and reducer.
