Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 330400-01-00 is an industry-standard Accelerometer Acceleration Transducer used for casing vibration monitoring on critical machinery. The 16710-20 is its matching armored interconnect cable with a length of 20 feet.These accelerometers are intended for critical machinery applications where casing acceleration measurements are required. The 330400 address the requirements of American Petroleum Institute Standard 670 for accelerometers. It provides an amplitude range of 50 g peak and a sensitivity of 100 mV/g. The 330425 is identical except it provides a larger amplitude range (75 g peak) and a sensitivity of 25 mV/g.

Power Generation Plants: Track structural stress, bearing health, and mass imbalance on steam turbines, massive cooling tower fans, generators, and heavy-duty water feed pumps.
Gear Mesh Monitoring: Tailored specifically to capture high-frequency vibrations. It detects early structural pitting, tooth wear, or misalignment on large industrial gearboxes and speed incrementers/reducers.
Mining & Heavy Processing: Installed on high-impact machinery like crushers, sag mills, pulverizers, and large material conveyors where structural casing readings are required to predict mechanical fatigue.
Water & Wastewater Treatment: Deployed on massive high-volume pumps and aerators to identify cavitation or impeller damage before it prompts catastrophic failure.
