Product Description
The UVZ3037 is a VZ3000 Series 3-Phase Inverter Unit AC Servo Drive designed by Reliance Electric.

The UVZ3037 is a separate type inverter unit made up of a Bus Unit, IGBT Unit, and a Regulator Unit.  It is 200/400 V class. For 200 V class, it has an input power voltage of 230 to 357 VDC. For the 400 V class, it has a 460-715 VDC input power voltage. When it is using standard type regulation it has an output of 92 rated current amps and 138 maximum current amps for 1 minute. For the low noise type regulation, it has an output of 85 amps and 127 amps max for 1 minute.

The UVZ3037 has a front cover that can be removed by unscrewing two screws on the top and bottom left corners of the cover. There is a user interface on the front cover that has a keypad and display. Below the cover is an LED power indicator, the main circuit terminals, and the control circuit terminals. On the right side of the unit that is not shielded by the front cover are LED status indicators that are labeled P/S, RDY, Run, COMM, and Monitor. Below that is an RST LED, drop number switches, and 3 RS-232C communication connectors. There is also a control signal connection, a PG output connection, and a PG input connection.  

The UVZ3037 is protected in a chassis type enclosure. It should be mounted into a control cabinet that is totally free of dust, corrosive and combustible materials, metal powders, oil mist, and other airborne materials.
