The TI405 Expansion Unit has a built-in power supply with an auxiliary
24 VDC power souree (400 mAl. The TI405 bases are available in 4-, 6-, and
8-slots. Expansion models are available in those densities for connecting up
to four bases in a single TI405 system, like the configuration in Figure 1-1.
• Displays messages. It displays 96 preprogrammed error messaees or
messages that you create.
• Monitors actual values oftimers and counters.
• Programs memory cartridges.
• Uploads and downloads programs from/to the PLC and cassette tape.
• Uses TEST mode to help get your machine online faster and more
safely.
• Can be mounted directly on the CPU or attached with a PPX:S-3OJP
3-meter (9 foot) cable or a PPX:S-l5JP 1.5-meter (4.5 foot) cable.
• Offers a full range ofprogram entry and editing operations ineluding
search and replace.
