Description

The TC-215-02-8M5 features an internal companion slot configuration optimized for adjacent cabinet installations using double-width chassis sockets. Its integral power distribution architecture simplifies field wiring by combining signal transmission and field power routing into a single cable assembly. The design incorporates three dedicated multi-core cable groups for output signals, field power supply, and return power connections, significantly reducing installation complexity while improving system reliability and maintenance efficiency.At the chassis end, the cable assembly utilizes dual 96-way Type-C connectors housed within a double-width hood, while the FTA side employs a 96-way Type-R connector for secure interface connection. Additional integrated connectors include a 5-way BLZF 3.5 connector for field power return termination and a 6-way AMP plug for power distribution from T8290 or T8297 Output Power Distribution Units. The cable also incorporates 2.5 mm² power conductors to support stable power transmission in demanding industrial environments.
