The ICS Triplex TC-205-02-12M5 is a high-reliability internal I/O Companion Slot Cable designed for the ICS Triplex Trusted™ Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) safety control system. It is specifically engineered for 40-channel output signal transmission between Trusted analogue or digital output modules and Field Termination Assemblies (FTAs). The cable provides secure, low-noise, and high-integrity signal connectivity in safety-critical industrial automation environments such as oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and process control systems.The TC-205-02-12M5 utilizes a rugged multi-core shielded construction with dual 96-way Type-C chassis connectors and a 96-way Type-R FTA connector to ensure stable and accurate signal transfer. Additional dedicated conductors provide reliable field power distribution and return connections. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) insulation enhances fire safety while maintaining excellent resistance to EMI, RFI, vibration, and harsh industrial operating conditions. The 12.5-meter cable length supports flexible cabinet layouts and long-distance internal routing while maintaining dependable signal integrity.
