Description

ICS Triplex T8121C is a high-reliability Processor Interface Adapter designed for the ICS Triplex Trusted™ TMR safety control platform.The adapter enables secure and efficient communication between Trusted TMR processors and external industrial systems including DCS platforms, SCADA systems, engineering workstations, remote communication equipment, and third-party automation devices.The T8121C provides multiple configurable RS422/485 serial communication interfaces supporting both 2-wire and 4-wire operation for reliable long-distance industrial communications. In addition, the module supports IRIG-B122 and IRIG-B002 time synchronization signals, allowing highly accurate system-wide clock synchronization required in turbine control, power generation, emergency shutdown (ESD), and critical process applications.
