Product Description:

The Bihl+Wiedemann BWU1777 PROFIBUS Gateway is an ASi-3 to PROFIBUS interface for reliable industrial automation communication. It is built in a stainless steel housing, making it suitable for demanding and harsh industrial environments where durability and corrosion resistance are required. The device integrates two ASi masters, enabling the control of two separate ASi networks within a single gateway unit.

The BWU1777 provides a shared power supply for both ASi networks, improving system efficiency and simplifying installation.
