Product Description:
The Bently Nevada 200150-23-05 is a general-purpose Trendmaster hardware component, specifically a piezoelectric accelerometer sensor used for asset condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. The 20015x Accelerometers are general purpose, wide frequency, case-mounted seismic transducers designed for use with Trendmaster ProTIMs. The 200150 Accelerometer also operates with the Trendmaster 2000 system. The accelerometer interfaces with the 200100 Dual Acceleration to Velocity flexiTIM Module and the 89130-01 Acceleration-to-Velocity TIM, as well as the 1900/25 and 1900/27 monitors.

Asset Targets: Small steam/gas turbines, cooling tower fans, water feed pumps, and draft fans.
Monitoring Focus: Detecting blade pass vibrations, unbalance, aerodynamic instability, and structural looseness.
Asset Targets: Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, transfer pumps, oil rig machinery, and air coolers.
Monitoring Focus: Cavitation tracking, mechanical misalignment, oil film issues, and pipe-strain vibrations.

Q:How do you calibrate this sensor?
A:You can easily test the entire loop from hardware to software by matching the sensor with a Portable Vibration Calibrator (such as the Model 9100D or 9110D) available through The Modal Shop.
Q:What is the electrical connection style?
A:The sensor features a top-mounted 5-pin 1/2-20 UNF connector for quick installation and removal of shielded signal cables.
Q:How do you protect the connector pins from harsh environments?
A:Apply DC4 electrical insulating compound (silicone grease) directly onto the connector contacts. This prevents corrosion and seals out moisture during extreme temperature shifts.
